For this week's "Pono in Paradise", registered dietitian Beth Danowsky from Imua Orthopedics Sports and Health shows us how to make healthier versions of our Super Bowl favorites. That includes a healthier alternative to chips and dip that uses a yogurt base. Also, most people love chicken wings. Beth shows us how to make a baked version of them that she calls Touchdown Wings.
