Forecast: High surf advisory across the state as haze, vog continue

The light variable winds will persist through Aloha Friday with more haze and vog, along with elevated humidity levels and mostly dry conditions. Tradewinds along with a few scattered showers are due back over the weekend.

HIGH SURF ADVISORY for north and west shores of Niihau, Kauai, Oahu, and Molokai as well as north shores of Maui and west shores of Hawaii Island. The swell will be dropping through the weekend, although another big, possibly warning level swell is shaping up for Monday.

Small Craft Advisory for all Hawaii waters with specific concerns about harbor surge and waves breaking in harbor entrances for Hanalei, Waianae, and Haleiwa harbors.
