USAA honors 75th anniversary of Pearl Harbor during Pro Bowl week

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) -

USAA, the presenting sponsor of the 2016 NFL Pro Bowl, will be honoring the 75th Anniversary of Pearl Harbor with a number of military appreciation experiences, including having created a Pearl Harbor remembrance coin that will be used in the game’s coin toss on Sunday.

During the week, NFL Pro Bowl players and USAA will host military members and their families for an evening of fun at the Pro Bowl Draft, which will be held in the hangars at Wheeler Army Airfield as well as host military guests and wounded warriors at an official Pro Bowl team practice.

The Pro Bowl sponsorship is an extension of USAA’s Official Military Appreciation Sponsorship of the NFL, which delivers military appreciation experiences to military, veterans and their families at NFL games, training camps and on military bases throughout the NFL season.

USAA honors the military with experiences that are often private for military, unseen by the general public, and include military visits to team facilities, along with NFL players visiting military bases.
