HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) -

Henry Kapono shared this video on Facebook from Keola Beamer.  It's Henry and Keola Beamer performing 'Honolulu City Lights'.   Keola's caption read "Henry Kapono and I are enjoying our time together. It feels great to run our fingers through those great songs of the Hawaiian renaissance."

Ronda Rousey officially congratulated Holy Holm.  It came during Rousey's opening monologue on "Saturday Night Live" this weekend.  She said "This is the first time I'm talking to my fans since I lost to Holly Holm in November, which, by the way, was a fight Holly deserved to win."  When the audience began to clap, Rousey jokingly cut them off saying "that's enough!"  Holm and Rousey will face off in a rematch this year ....If Holm defeats Miesha Tate in a March 5th fight.

Speaking of 'SNL'...Tina Fey came back to reprise one of her most famous roles. It's was hilarious.  If you did not guess....that was Fey as Sarah Palin endorsing Donald Trump.  She nailed it... right down to the matching sparkly fringe jacket.

Local girl Maya Tanida will be featured in the opening of Sesame Street's 46th season!  The Tanidas recently moved to New Hampshire but still consider Hawai'i Kai their home.  Maya says she has been a fan of the show all her life and was thrilled when she got the role.

Aloha Hula Supply Center just moved and had a grand opening over the weekend.  They moved over to the Radford area right next to Target on Lawehana Street.  The employees moved the company themselves, needing 6 long containers going back and forth to bring everything to their new home.  Now they have a 4 year lease, but would love longer.  Meanwhile, customers will find more parking in a very accessible area.  Kumu Hula and dancers from keiki starters to Merrie Monarch Dancers knew where the old place was; Owner Sue Eldridge says they are anticipating to be busy as Merrie Monarch and "Competition Season" is around the corner.  They service everyone from here at home to hula dancers around the planet.
