U.S. Marshals are offering a $5,000 reward for information that would lead to the arrest of one of Hawaii's most wanted fugitives.

Luke J. Warner, 48, is wanted for skipping out on a 10-year federal prison sentence for meth trafficking. He also faces a prison sentence from the state.

In 2012, police said the Waikiki pawn shop owner was caught in an undercover sting, trading drugs and cash for stolen property. After raiding his shop, officers found $40,000 in cash, crystal methamphetamine and a semi-automatic handgun.

Authorities believe Warner may have fled Hawaii, but his whereabouts are unknown. However, he has ties in California, Florida, Massachusetts and Iowa. They said he is known to prefer warm climates and may have interest in the Virgin Islands, Bahamas, Puerto Rico, Guam and Baja, Mexico.

Warner, who goes by the alias Louis Manetti, is described as 5’7” and 170 pounds. He has graying hair, light brown eyes and a small facial divot on his left cheek. His interests include dealing in precious metals and going to jewelry shows and swap meets.

Anyone with information is asked to call 1-800-336-0102.
