YMCA demos how to stay in shape from your work desk

If you can't make it to the gym, you can at least burn some calories at work. Jedd Ramos is the YMCA Healthy Lifestyles Fitness Floor Coordinator. He says you should remember 3 simple exercises you can use at your desk: 

Chair Squats

Desk Incline Push Ups

Resistance Band Shoulder Presses
