  •      Number 8: Plant-based everything - it's high time you learned how to say quinoa.
  •      Number 7: Culture craze - more fermented foods and pro-biotics.
  •      Number 6: Verified non-GMO - a brand that focuses on this is called Fork in the Road.
  •      Number 5: Graze craze - more grass-fed meat and dairy.
  •      Number 4: Dried and true - dehydrated foods.
  •      Number 3: Heirloom ingredients - beyond the tomato - even heirloom popcorn.
  •      Number 2 : Alternative flours, like quick-rising chickpea flour.
  •      And the number 1 food trend for 2016: Old World flavor adventures, like Thai Curry Cashews and Saffron Road Korean Tacos.
