Elijah Prevetz-Lafayette, who was seen jumping from balconies in a Kona hotel, Tuesday morning has been charged with burglary.
Police say the 29-year-old broke into a hotel room on Ali'i Drive at about 5:30 a.m. and grabbed three bags.
A woman staying in the room got the bags back after a struggle on the lanai.
Prevetz-Lafayette then jumped into another balcony, broke into another room where he was caught and held down
His bail is set at $37,000.
