Hawaii's 'Music for Life' donates instruments to schools

Musical instrument donation drive

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - Hawaii's "Music for Life" foundation is a non-profit that donates new and gently used instruments to schools and helps to build musical arts programs. On December 14, 2015 at Ala Moana Center's Centerstage location, it will hold a musical instrument drive from 7 to 7:45pm. It will feature the newly restored Waianae High School Marching Band and ukulele maestro Jake Shimabukuro will stop by.

If you cannot drop off your musical instruments at that time, you can take them to Hard Rock Cafe any day of the year for the program. For more information, go to www.musicforlifefound.org.
