A Kahuku man was arrested on Sunday for allegedly having a child under 10-years-old smoke marijuana while in his care.
Sources say a witness saw 33-year-old Michael Primacio hold and remove a lit marijuana joint from the child's mouth. The witness also saw the child exhale the smoke.
Primacio allegedly fled after being confronted by a family member but was arrested when he returned.
He faces a felony child endangerment charge.
