SOUTH KOHALA, HAWAII (HawaiiNewsNow) -

A sprawling, multi-million dollar estate in Hawaii belonging to former Men's Wearhouse spokesman and CEO has hit the market.

George Zimmer's luxurious compound sits on 7.5 acres along the Big Island's famed Kohala Coast. It boasts about 1,000 feet of beachfront property and features several buildings.

At 10,000 square feet, the house itself is the largest building on the property. It has seven bedrooms and seven full bathrooms. There's also a wet bar and billiards room that opens to the oceanfront swimming pool.

Zimmer is selling the property because he recently bought singer, Neil Young's, nearby estate.

The asking price: $35 million.
