Hawaii work furlough inmate fails to return to Hale Nani reintegration center

Hale Nani work furlough inmate Devin Saragosa-Taoy failed to return after work to the reintegration center. Saragosa-Taoy left for work Monday morning and was scheduled to return by 4:30 p.m. State Sheriffs and Hawaii County Police were notified. 

24-year old Saragosa-Taoy is 5’8” tall and weighs 159 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes. He faces an additional escape charge when found.

Saragosa-Taoy is a community custody inmate in the work furlough program with pass privileges. Community custody is the lowest classification status.
