Seventy-two homes sold for $1 million or more last month on Oahu. Coldwell Banker says that was 10 fewer than last year.

The 7th annual holiday version of the Wiki Wiki One Day Vintage Collectibles & Hawaiian show is this Sunday, 10:30 to 4:30, Blaisdell meeting rooms - 70 vendors, some local, some as far away as Florida.

The first-ever Garden Island Film Festival opens today with showings at three venues - Waimea Theatre, Kauai Community College, and the Westin Princeville Ocean Resort Villas.

Grand opening of the new Reyn Spooner store on Kauai starts at 6 p.m. today; music by Kruse Control; pupus by Living Foods and Eating House 1949. The Shops at Kukui'ula now has two dozen tenants.

Honolulu Fashion Week comes to the Hawaii Convention Center this weekend, and one of the pop-up stores will be Sig Zane. PBN this week reported Sig Zane is exploring a store in Honolulu. 

The Outrigger Waikiki Beach this weekend will feature the 2015 Ukulele Exhibition, more than 40 handcrafted ukulele, mostly local, some from as far away as Thailand. There will be live music as well.
