Heavy rain fueled by a mass of tropical moisture is creating some hazardous conditions, prompting various closures across the state.
The Honolulu Zoo on Oahu is closed Friday due to severe weather, according to city officials. The Waiehu Golf Course on Maui is also closed until further notice because of flooding and loss of power.
The entire state is under a Flash Flood Watch until Friday night due to the severe weather.
Parts of Oahu were under a Flash Flood Warning Friday morning, but it has since expired.
