A Flash Flood Warning has expired for parts of Oahu, but heavy rain fueled by abundant tropical moisture may continue to impact the island on Friday, according to the National Weather Service.
Locations in the warning included Hauula, Kaneohe, Kailua, Waiahole and Waimanalo.
The conditions also impacted traffic, with crews closing off Kamehameha Highway in both directions near the Waiahole stream. However, lanes have been reopened.
The entire state is under a Flash Flood Watch until late Friday night.
