Mexican food should be more than soggy tortillas and refried ideas. At Búho, they are elevating Mexican cuisine one ingredient at a time. Locally-sourced poblanos, tomatillos, cilantro and lime mix with fresh thinking to reinvent Mexican food and raise the bar. More than street food, it's haute stuff.
Búho's staff of mixologists have created an array of signature cocktails to refresh the palate and remind you that this is no ordinary cantina. Their bar also boasts an impressive list of wines, beers and, of course, tequilas—as well as a full complement of whiskeys and aperitifs.
Starting on November 16th, Buho Cocina y Cantina is just one of over 60 establishments participating in this years Restaurant Week. Proceeds go to support the Culinary Institute of the Pacific at Diamond Head.
