Shark warning signs have been posted at Kaimana Beach after numerous shark sightings in Waikiki on Sunday.

Shortly before 5 p.m. several surfers reported seeing an 8 to 10 foot shark swimming in the surf spot known as Old Man's.

Although the shark remained non-aggressive, the surfers did clear out of the water.

Signs will be posted until 9 a.m. Monday morning when lifeguards return to duty.
