EAST HONOLULU, OAHU (HawaiiNewsNow) -

Hawaii's first fashion acclerator program has given three local designers the opportunity to meet with top names in the fashion industry in Los Angeles.  They're just back from their trip.  We talked with Creative Industries Division Chief Officer Georja Skinner and Allison Izu Song from Cut Collective.  It's a fashion incubator at the Manoa Innovation Center.

We asked what the program is, and how they are helping to contribute to those wanting to succeed in the fashion industry.  Skinner gave us details on the program while Allison told us about their trip to Los Angeles.

More information can be found on their website.
