Power has been restored to all customers, according to HECO.
A power outage in Halawa has affected more than 1,300 customers, according to the Hawaiian Electric Company.
It's not clear at this point what may have caused the outage, but a troubleshooter is on scene to assess the situation.
Traffic lights are also out near Ulune Street, according to Honolulu police.
