HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) -

Early, it looked like it would be all Bufffanblu, after Punahou went up 14-0 over St. Louis in the first quarter of Friday night's clash of the ILH titans. But, those two early touchdowns would be all the Crusaders would allow on their way to 30-14 victory.

After a crucial turnover on by the Buffanblu on the Crusaders' 1 yard line, junior quarterback,Tua Tagovailoa was able to find Drew Kobayashi for a 97 yard TD that proved to swing the momentum in St. Louis' favor for the rest of the game.

Tagovailoa ended the day throwing for 315 yards on 21-33 passing with two touchdowns and no interceptions.

Wayne Taulapapa was able to make his way into the end zone twice in the first six minutes of the game for Punahou. But, the Buffanblu were unable to find consistent offense momentum after the opening minutes of the game as heavy rains caused a flurry of turnovers on both sides through the second and third quarters.

Ephriam Tuliloa, who entered tonight's match up having thrown just two interceptions throughout the entire season, added three more against Crusaders throwing for 103 yards on 13-24 with no touchdowns.

The Crusaders fell to the Buffanblu 51-45 less than a month ago. The two teams will meet again to face off for the ILH title.
