State Wants You To "Drop, Cover and Hold On".

We are talking to Brandee Nishimura, Grants Coordinator for the Hawaii Emergency Management Agency; and Paul Okubo, Seismologist, USGS Hawaiian Volcano Observatory about the 2015 Great Hawaii ShakeOut earthquake drill that is part of an internationally recognized campaign focused on earthquake safety. Millions will participate worldwide on Thursday, Oct. 15 at 10:15 a.m., and practice three simple life-saving steps to take during an earthquake: "Drop, Cover and Hold On." One of the biggest partners this year is the DOE.
