WHAT YOU NEED
1/2 cup Sour Cream
1/3 cup KRAFT Classic Caesar Dressing
1/3 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, squeezed dry
1/3 cup chopped red peppers
MIX sour cream and dressing in medium bowl.
RESERVE 1 tsp. cheese. Add remaining cheese to sour cream mixture with spinach and peppers; mix well.
TOP with reserved cheese.
