Palama Settlement to honor broadcaster Emme Tomimbang and Chief Francis Keala

Palama Settlement will honor producer and veteran broadcaster Emme Tomimbang and former Honolulu Police Department Chief Francis Keala at the 3rd Annual Malama Palama Gala Fundraiser on October 17, 2015 at The Royal Hawaiian. Proceeds will help support vital programs for our community’s keiki, teens, kupuna and families. 

Palama Settlement, established in 1896, is a nonprofit, community-based social service agency serving the Kalihi and Palama neighborhoods. The organization offers a wide range of educational, recreational, athletic, cultural, social, health and community building programs and services for children, youth, adults and senior citizens.
