An Oahu grand jury indicted the man who robbed a soccer mom at gunpoint on seven charges related to his arrest last week.

Phillip Osuna, 34, was indicted on Wednesday for first-degree robbery, kidnapping, fraudulent use of a credit card, second-degree identity theft, second-degree attempted theft, unauthorized possession of personal confidential information and credit card theft.

His bail was confirmed at $200,000.

According to court documents, the 34-year-old allegedly told the victim that he was "a druggy" before holding her at gunpoint and forcing her to drive around the block.

Osuna is accused of taking more than $7,300 in cash, jewelry, and other items from the woman as well as several credit cards.

Osuna has 57 prior arrests for crimes that include robbery, drugs, and assault. He has 14 convictions and has been in and out of jail for most of his adult life. Sources say he had just been released from jail 12 days before the alleged armed robbery at Kapiolani Park.
