What is the Navy doing about the thick oil under tanks at Pearl Harbor?

Last week, we told you about a 5-million gallon plume of thick oil, under tanks at Pearl Harbor.    Leaks dating back to World War II are to blame.

The Health Department thinks it won't reach the waters of Pearl Harbor, but there are many people concerned about the situation.  We invited the Navy to discuss the issue Captain Mark Manfredi, Chief of Staff for Navy Region Hawaii joins Sunrise to discuss the current status.
