HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - The 12th-ranked University of Hawaii women's volleyball team swept the Roadrunners of CSU Bakersfield on Sunday to move to 10-1 overall in 2015.

After winning a close first set by a 25-20 margin, the Wahine overwhelmed the Roadrunners in both remaining sets, winning 25-12 and 25-15. CSU Bakersfield fell to 2-10 overall on the year.

Middle hitter Emily Maglio led the Rainbow Wahine with a career-high 12 kills. Her five blocks on the night were tied with Nikki Taylor for most in Saturday night's match.

Hawaii's Nikki Taylor hammered home 11 kills to maintain her streak of 13 matches with double-digit kills. She added seven digs and a career-high four service aces.

CSUB was led by Kelsee Sawyer's 10 kills. Jocelyn Rodriguez had eight digs for the Roadrunners.
