Were in "Shoulder Season" so we have a smaller stack.
Two weeks ago Kauai was 80% full, then it went down to 63%, and now that is down 6 points from last year at this time.
Three weeks ago Oahu was in the 90's then last week it went down to 82%, which is still better than last year.
Maui, which was up about 2 weeks ago, went down to 63% full just barely keeping up with inflation.
Big Island was at 81% full about a month ago, and is about 60% full this week. Room rates are up to an average of $201 per night.
