Police looking for suspect in downtown bank robbery

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) -

Honolulu police are searching for a suspect who robbed a bank in Downtown Honolulu on Thursday. 

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public's assistance in locating a female who is wanted for robbing Territorial Savings Bank located at 1100 Bishop Street.

Officials say just after 8 a.m., a female suspect entered the bank, handed a demand note to the teller and fled on foot on Bishop Street. 

The suspect is being described as a Caucasian female in her 30's with dirty blond hair and weighing in around 160 lbs. She stands between 5'4" to 5'8" and was wearing a dark blue jacket, black pants, glasses, grey shoes and was carrying a beige purse.
