The Hawaii Food and Wine Festival kicked off this weekend. It's celebrating five years with over 100 chefs and events on Oahu, Maui and Hawaii Island. Despite all the big-named chefs, like Iron Chefs Kat Cora and Masaharu Morimoto, locally grown produce is the star of the event.
Grace Lee took a tour of Manulele Distillery in Kunia, where they are making local rum for the festival by distilling sugarcane.
