HECO has restored power to all remaining customers.
Approximately 650 customers in Waipahu are without power Wednesday morning, according to the Hawaiian Electric Company.
HECO said the outage – which happened at around 5 a.m. – is near the Crestview subdivision.
A troubleshooter is currently on scene making repairs to the outage that initially affected 1,000 customers.
