Officials Prepare for Guillermo

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) -

The Big Island and Maui County will likely be the first to see an impact from Guillermo.  So how are they preparing?  We talked to Maui County Managing Director Keith Regan, Major General Arthur Logan, Director of the Hawaii Emergency Management Agency, Darryl Oliveira, Hawaii County Civil Defense Chief and Bob Ballard from the National Weather Service.
