KAPOLEI, OAHU (HawaiiNewsNow) - The Honolulu Fire Department is investigating the cause of a two-alarm fire Sunday at a townhouse in Kapolei.
Firefighters arrived on scene at around 8:50 a.m. but were able to fully extinguish the flames at around 9:45 a.m.
Although the two residents were not in house at the time, firefighters rescued two family dogs from the unit.
The American Red Cross is assisting the residents.
Damages are estimated at $80,000.
