So instead of eating pasta that is packed with carbohydrates, switch to julienned zucchini. You can use the vegetable as a noodle substitute boosting your fiber intake and reducing overall calories.
For salad, try not to use store bought dressing. If you look at the ingredients, you'll notice that the list is long and often contains a lot of things you can't even pronounce. Beth suggests making it at home with olive oil, balsamic vinegar and herbs instead.
Then instead of eating milk chocolate, try dark chocolate. It has more fiber and more anti-oxidants.
