Inmates in this program live and work outside of the facility but must check in at various times through the month.
Dyson Kepano, 23, is described as 5’5” and approximately 130 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He is serving time for burglary, theft and forgery, but an escape charge will be added. Kepano is classified as community custody, which is the lowest custody level.
The other inmate, 28-year-old Donald Soares, is approximately 5’9” and weighs around 135 pounds. He is also classified as community custody and was serving time for burglary and theft. Escape will also be added to his charges.
Anyone who sees Kepano or Soares is asked to call police.
