UH adds depth to O-line

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) -

The University of Hawaii football team is getting some help on their offensive line, and just in time, training camp starts at the beginning of August.
The Rainbow Warriors have landed Luke Clements, a junior college transfer out of Texas.

Clements attended Blinn College, a juco school based in the Lone Star State, before coming to U-H.  He still has three years of eligibility remaining.
Clements is a converted defensive lineman -- where he played early in his high school career.  Last season, with him anchoring the O-Line the Blinn offense averaged 533 passing yards per game and 18.1 yards per completion -- a good sign for projected U-H starting quarterback Max Wittek.
