Hawaii’s newest public school will officially be unveiled Tuesday during a ceremony in Kapolei.
Hookele Elementary School will soon be home to approximately 750 students.
Located at 511 Kunehi Street, across the street from Fort Barrette Road and Kapolei High School, the campus will have air-conditioned classrooms and built-in Wi-Fi networks.
This is the first new public school to open in Hawaii in two years.
