The Honolulu Police Department is asking for the public's help in locating a man wanted for attacking a woman and stealing her Versace necklace.
HPD said a woman allowed the suspect, possibly named Tony or Tommy, to try on the necklace. He took several photos of himself with the necklace on, then struck the woman and fled.
The incident happened on May 21.
The suspect is described as an African-American man between 20 and 30 years old. He is between 5'7" and 5'9" and 140 to 160 pounds. He has short dreadlocks and multiple tattoos on his body.
If found, he faces a second-degree robbery charge.
