Torchbearers will be taking to the streets of downtown Honolulu tonight as part of a 50-state relay leading up to the Special Olympics World Games.
The games will held in Los Angeles this year.
Athletes from 170 nations will be competing in 17 sports.
Three Hawaii athletes are heading to California for the games which begin on July 25th.
Chaunci Cummings of Kauai will be competing in track.
Ikaika Morita-Sunada of Oahu is a swimmer.
And Isaiah Wong of Hawaii Island will be competing in power lifting events.
Tonight's torch run starts at 6 p.m. at the Tesoro on King Street at Cooke Street. It continues to Kaiser Permanente's Honolulu Medical Office and then makes its way to Microsoft at Ala Moana Center.
Honolulu is the last stop for the Flame of Hope which has traveled through every state over 46 days.
