Blue Zones Project Hawaii vice president demos foods that can help people live until 100

Food is a good starting point for those who want to live like centenarians from one of the five Blue Zones, areas in the world that have the highest concentration of people who live to be 100 or older. The Blue Zones include Ikaria, Greece; Okinawa, Japan; Loma Linda, California; Nicoya, Costa Rica; and Sardinia, Italy.

Heidi Kim, vice president of the Blue Zones Hawaii Project, demonstrated a few of the foods that people in these regions consume regularly.
