QUEENS, N.Y. (CBS46) -

A shift supervisor at a Starbucks in Queens, N.Y. has been fired after a customer recorded a video of her screaming at another customer.

A customer was opening up an app on her phone to pay for the order and when she didn't respond to a worker at the store, the shift supervisor allegedly began yelling "Hello" at the woman.

The incident happened at the Starbucks location on Wednesday.

The customer, identified as Ruby Chen, posted on Facebook that the woman began screaming at her. She goes on to write the supervisor told her that she wasn't going to be served and also accused her of stealing a straw from the store.

Chen has posted an update on her Facebook page, saying that the district manager has reached out to her and apologized.

In the update, Chen says the shift supervisor no longer works for Starbucks. She also says she was offered a $100 gift card from the store.
