An OCCC inmate who failed to return to his work furlough program on Sunday has been arrested.
Michael Draper left the Oahu Community Correctional Center on Saturday afternoon.
Officers arrested Draper in Kalihi on North Hotel Street.
The 47-year-old was originally serving time for theft.
Draper now faces an escape charge.
