Honolulu Police Department investigators are asking for the public's health in locating a man wanted for questioning in connection with a murder in Kaimuki in November 2014.
HPD released photos on Monday of a man riding a moped. He is described as Caucasian with a mohawk, aloha shirt and tattoos on both forearms.
On Nov. 9, 70-year-old Thaddeus Piraga Jr. was stabbed multiple times outside a store along Waialae Avenue where he sold newspapers for nearly 20 years.
