HPD seeks assistance in locating driver who hit 14-year-old girl

The Honolulu Police Department is seeking the public's assistance in locating a driver who hit a 14-year-old girl in Aiea.

On March 3 at around 3 p.m., the driver of a cream-colored truck hit the girl as she crossed the access road of Pearlridge Center near the First Hawaiian Bank, according to police. The man stopped briefly, said “sorry,” then fled on Moanalua Road.

The girl suffered injuries to her legs and hip and was treated for bruises and abrasions.
