HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) -
Isaac Fleming is returning to the Hawaii men's basketball team for the 2015-16 season.
The freshman guard broke the news via social media Monday morning when he tweeted out that he'd be coming to Manoa.
"After talking with my dad and the new coach today I've decided I will not transfer to a high major and I will stick it out with my brothers!," Fleming tweeted.
Fleming's future at UH was in question last week when hours after Eran Ganot was named the new head men's basketball coach, he tweeted, "I have to do what's best for me at the end of the day. It was a fun year. I will always love Hawaii."
He's expected to see a significant boost in minutes next season with the departure of Garrett Nevels.
Last year, the Maryland native averaged nine points, three rebounds and two assists.
