Help families and kids in the annual March for Babies

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) -

On April 25 at Kapiolani Park, hundreds of families and business leaders will join together in the March of Dimes annual March for Babies – the nation's oldest walk fundraiser honoring babies born healthy and those that need help to survive and thrive.

Registration begins at 6:00 a.m. at 2750 Monsarrat Avenue with the five mile walk kicking off at 7:30 a.m. Participation in March for Babies will provide a memorable and rewarding day for all attendees including live music, food, Keiki March, and Keiki Carnival with costume characters, tattoos, bouncy houses, and more. Funds raised by March for Babies in Hawaii help support prenatal wellness programs, research grants, Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Family Support Programs and advocacy efforts for stronger, healthier babies.

Tomorrow (April 18) is the Maui March for Babies at the War Memorial Gym and also on the Big Island at Waiola State Park in Hilo.
