AIEA, OAHU (HawaiiNewsNow) - Starting at 10 a.m. Monday, state Department of Transportation crews will begin closing off eastbound lanes of the H-1 freeway in the Aiea area.
The closures will take place on weekdays for the next two weeks, between the Kaamilo Street overpass and the Aiea/Kaneohe/Honolulu off-ramp.
- Two right lanes will be closed from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Three right lanes will be closed from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
- Four right lanes will be closed from 9 p.m. to 4 a.m.
The lane closures are necessary so crews can replace approximately 10,000 square feet of concrete pavement.
