Teen arrested for Palolo armed robbery case, second suspect remains at-large

PALOLO, OAHU (HawaiiNewsNow) -

Honolulu police officials have arrested and charged one of the suspects wanted for robbing a small store in Palolo Friday morning. 

Around 7:35 Friday, two male suspects entered the Valley Market on 10th Avenue, brandished weapons, and then attacked the store owners -- a man and a woman.

The suspects then escaped in a light-colored SUV. The victims were taken to the hospital for treatment. Police did not reveal the extent of their injuries.

Police later located the 17-year-old suspect and arrested him. The second suspect remains at-large.

Suspect 1: Unknown male
Race: Polynesian
Age: 20-30 years old
Height: 6'5”
Weight: 250 lbs.
Hair: Short black
Eyes: Brown
Clothing: Black with white print shirt, long khaki pants

Suspect 2: Unknown male
Race: Asian
Age: 20's
Height: 5'3” to 5'4”
Weight: 130-140 lbs.
Hair: Black
Eyes: Brown
Clothing: White shirt, gray shorts, black baseball cap
