The 3rd Annual Hire Leeward Job & Career Fair

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) -

Thousands of residents of West Oahu sit in gruesome traffic every day to get to work in town. Did you know that there are over 63,000 Leeward jobs on the Leeward coast, one for just about every adult household member of the Leeward side?

The Job and Career Fair is a key component of the HIRE LEEWARD's goal of “Connecting Leeward Residents with Leeward Jobs”. Over 3,000 job seekers attended the fair last year and this year's fair will feature over 70 employers. Businesses and organizations are offering many opportunities from a wide range of industries including: healthcare, food service, hospitality, retail, military, and administrative, as well as trade apprenticeships.

The 3rd Annual Hire Leeward Job & Career Fair is taking place on March 24, 2015 from 10:00a.m. – 3:00p.m. at UH-West Oahu Campus on the Great Lawn.
