HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - Dreams of Thin Mints, Tagalongs and Samoas will become reality on Thursday when nearly 420,000 boxes of Girl Scout cookies are distributed statewide.
Pre-orders will be sent out to customers, and more than 250,000 boxes will be handed out on Oahu.
Girl Scouts began taking customers' orders on Jan. 5, but the public sales will begin in March. Cookies are $5 per box and $6 for gluten-free flavors.
This year's new flavors include Toffee-tastic, Trios and Rah-Rah Raisins.
