KAHALA, OAHU (HawaiiNewsNow) - In the market for a custom built tatami bed with a koa frame and headboard? You can get one this Saturday at 4747 Kahala Avenue.

Just a warning: there will be competition for it.

The item is just one of approximately 400 that will be auctioned off at the estate. The property features 17 bedrooms and 14 bathrooms. Some of the auction items are just as grand.

One example, a full samurai armor ensemble. "This once belonged in a Japan country club and was brought to Honolulu. We are hoping this will be in the auction, it's recently come out of hiding" explained Alicia Brandy of Oahu Auctions.

Perhaps a custom built tepanyaki dinner table is your fancy. "It has the grilling cooking mechanisms built in, so when you're done with it the covers go back on" said Brandt. The original price was estimated at $30,000.

If you're not a high roller, don't worry, there are items for the everyman as well. There's a 500 pound pagoda in the garden that will likely start at $100. Scores of artwork, furniture and other home items will be up for bid.

The items range from utilitarian to trophy, some are a little of both. Take for example the 300-foot rolled red carpet that a previous owner used to welcome dignified guests at dinner parties. While it won't be rolled out Saturday, Oahu Auctions WILL have a food truck on site for those in attendance.

The preview begins at 8 a.m., with the auction beginning at 10.
